SALT Fishmongers & Deli began during lockdown to support the local community and local fishermen.

Today it offers wild fish, prepared dishes, fish cakes, stews, pies, mixed fish boxes, chowder, condiments and more.

The Salutation works closely with local day boat fishermen to bring fresh catch to both the fishmongers and restaurant tables.

Menus change with the seasons and availability, but current examples include West Country oysters, SALT day boat fish scotch egg, local seafood and shellfish bisque, hand-dived local scallops, Brixham crab linguine, line-caught pollock, fruit de mer and sharing boards of wild fish, scallops, langoustine, crevettes and mussels.
