Game Week special tasting menu, 11th–14th November. Our tasting takes a Game twist for this week to celebrate the season. £85 per person.

Course 1

Game and liver terrine, port jelly, duck fat onion brioche

Course 2

Gnocchi, heritage squash Parisienne, mushrooms à la grecque, wild mushrooms, squash purée, English pecorino, fried sage, kale chips

Course 3

Honey spiced duck breast, celeriac fondant, braised duck leg rillette, orange and star anise jelly, port and jasmine tea sauce

Course 4

Local venison loin, candied beetroot, potato purée, winter greens, braised venison hotpot, venison sauce

Course 5

Chocolate fondant, blackcurrant sorbet
