We have an exciting opportunity available for a sous chef to join our dynamic team. Constantly striving to push our food to the next level, you’ll be part of a creative, supportive, enthusiastic team. Working with fresh, seasonal British produce and plenty of seafood, the right candidate will have a passion for food. You’ll work closely with Chef Director Tom Williams-Hawkes, and our front of house team to deliver excellent service for our loyal guests and busy restaurant.
The right person is:
– Hard working, reliable with a positive, approachable attitude
– Has experience working within a similar level in hospitality
– Good understanding of GP, health and safety and stock control
– Organised and works in a clean manner
The role is full time permanent basis. It will be a mixture of days and evenings which will be rotated on a weekly basis. We aim to write rotas 2 -3 weeks in advance.
