Wine Dinner with Nyetimber

Five-course tasting menu with matching wines, £125 per person.

Nyetimber are celebrating Cherie Spriggs being named Sparkling Winemaker of the Year at the International Wine Challenge, having first been awarded the trophy in 2018. She was the first person to win this award outside of Champagne and remains the only woman to have done so.

We are really excited to welcome Sophie and Gemma back for a fun evening enjoying the very best of UK sparkling wine.

Crab brioche – Exmoor caviar

Potato pavé – beef tartare – shallot

Goat’s cheese, pepper and honey croquette – truffle

Guinea fowl, two ways: breast with wild garlic, morel farce, purple sprouting broccoli, confit crispy leg, sherry gel

Wye Valley rhubarb mousse, tonka joconde, white chocolate and tonka bean sauce
