Enjoy an arrival drink of Swannaford Classic Cuvee and a selection of amuse-bouches in SALT, our on-site fish shop. You’ll be welcomed by Tom, owner and fishmonger at SALT and the Salutation Inn, who will share our passion for the sea and introduce you to the evening’s menu.

Savour a three-course meal showcasing the finest shellfish from our local waters, with a carefully curated starter, main, and dessert, each paired with a matching wine.
