This menu begins with a classic multi-vintage from Nyetimber, an English sparkling that matches perfectly with your seafood supper.
Our menu is dictated daily by our sea and fishermen using ethically sourced fresh fish landed that day. Our highly skilled chefs then match these with a larder full of premium southwest produce.
Please note that whilst this is a fish inspired menu, dishes may have elements not suited to pescatarians.
