Running between Tuesdays and Thursdays, from 5th – 21st November, the month’s special menu incorporates earthy delights such as venison, wood pigeon and pheasant.
Chef Director Tom Williams-Hawkes says: “We look forward to shining a spotlight on Devon’s amazing bounty of wild game each year. Thanks to our local providers and foragers sourcing these fantastic ingredients, there’s a vast range of interesting produce this time of year, from earthy mushrooms and truffle, to hedgerow berries and flavoursome roots.”
The regular a la carte menu is also available during this time at the restaurant.
