An arrival drink of Lyme Bay Brut reserve and amuse-bouche in SALT our on-site fish shop.

A welcome from Tom, owner and fishmonger here at SALT and the Salutation Inn, where he will talk you through our passion for the sea and what you will be eating through the evening. A menu consisting of shellfish from our local waters – with a starter, intermediate, main and dessert course.

£79.50 per person.
