 Tuesday to Friday for tables of 8 or more. Private dining available for 12 – 26 persons in the Assembly Room, £150 private hire charge.

 £48 per person / £56 with a glass of Prosecco on arrival

 Bread

 **Starters**

 Smoked trout rillette, horseradish cream, crouton

 Venison carpaccio, pickled walnut purée, shallot, game chips

 Spiced butternut squash soup, RISE bakery bread

 **Mains**

 Turkey ballotine, pistachio, date, smoked bacon

 Butternut squash & wild mushroom pithivier

 Pan-roasted catch of the day

 All served with roast potatoes, roasted root vegetables, winter greens, red wine sauce

 **Desserts**

 Christmas pudding, mince pie ice cream

 Chocolate and amaretti biscuit mousse, candied orange, orange sorbet

 £100 deposit to confirm and a pre-order along with any dietary requirements for food 1 week before.
